WASTE Advisers spearheading capacity building activities and coaching of city councils and private operators to ensure sustainable operations and maintenance of 8 market infrastructures and services built under this project .This includes supporting councils to contract out essential market services such as waste management and waste treatment, operations of abattoirs, ablution blocks and water points.
